About ILG
ILG UK was founded in 1990 and has since grown from a small, ambitious company providing delivery services out of one warehouse in Sussex to one of the UK’s leading 3PL partners. In 2018 they became part of Yusen Logistics, which has added heavy air cargo and sea freight services to their established international courier services, as well as a global network of storage facilities, including more than 100 bases in Europe.
Background
Having worked with the Health & Safety Manager at ILG whilst at a previous organisation, our Founder David Graffham contacted them when he formed Delta Security Management in 2018. David saw they were expanding within the local area, so decided to send an introduction of services. The additional security that Delta was able to offer, greatly appealed to ILG, as it covered all aspects of their requirements, rather than a small subsection.

Situation
During our initial discussion, it was clear that ILG UK required a unique, proactive, reliable, and flexible security service provider that could conduct random searches, identify unusual behavior and offer reassurance to their customers.
