In our latest series of ‘Delve into the Delta team’ blog, we caught up with Jane, our brand new Sales Manager in Crawley, to learn a little more about the role she plays at Delta Security Management.
What is your job title?
Sales Manager
What sort of duties do you have at work?
My day-to-day role is very varied because every day is different when you work in sales! However, it will always involve sourcing new businesses, account management, networking and helping to grow Delta Security Management, so when someone is looking for security, they think of us first.
What’s the most exciting and challenging part of your job?
Sales is not a new role for me, but security is a new industry. So, I am excited about learning something new, connecting with old and new clients and using my skills to help build on an already successful business. I do love a good challenge!
Tell us a time you’ve gone above and beyond to help a client:
This is always a tricky question to ask; as for me personally, I always ensure that whatever I do, I always go above and beyond what the client wants.
Why did you join Delta Security Management?
It has been a long time coming as I have been around Delta from day one in the background. I was in the hospitality industry for over 22 years, where I met and worked with some excellent people and made some great business connections.
When the dreaded COVID19, I watched Delta go from strength to strength which made me realise that by joining the Delta family, my experience would help to grow the business even further.
